Cancelation Policy for Workshops
1. Cancelations-
5 or more days before the workshop:
Students will receive a full refund or may reschedule to another workshop.
- Less than 5 days before the workshop:
Due to the need to order precious metals ahead of time for each student, students will receive 50% of their refund.
- No call, no show on the day of the class:
Students will receive 25% of their refund and may not reschedule.
2. **Cancellation by the Instructor:**
- If the class is canceled by the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. **Refund Process:**
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request.
4. Special Circumstances:
- We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If you experience a serious personal emergency, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you and find a suitable solution.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within a week of the jewelry's arrival. If something does not fit, we offer resizing services for a small fee.
Sizing

Damaged Items:

Made-to-Order Jewelry:
Made-to-order jewelry can take up to 1-4 weeks to create and ship. Contact us for questions or concerns regarding madeto-order options.
Shipping Times:
Our standard shipping time is 1-3 days, with expedited shipping options available upon request.
lnternational Shipping:
We offer international shipping. Please note that additional customs fees and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
